*Paid plans typically cover 5–10 important checks, each running around 12 times per day—approximately every two hours. These are scheduled checks, so a fault may occur between them. We’ll confirm the schedule and scope before setup. Need more frequent checks? Choose a shorter scan frequency when you build your plan, or tell us about your site.

Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes. Choose monthly or annual billing, a five-to-120-minute scan frequency and up to three websites in Pulse. Two websites save 10% each and three save 15% each. Larger estates use agency pricing.

Your monitoring scope, agreed before setup

Essential starts at $19 and Browser at $45 per website per month. A typical setup covers 5–10 important checks, each running about every two hours. These are starting prices for an agreed scope, not unlimited-check plans. We confirm your exact checks, schedule and total price before you decide.

A check tests an agreed condition; a browser journey can contain several steps. We agree how these are counted in your setup. Short-lived faults between checks may be missed. Your developer or agency remains responsible for repairs.

Free basic monitoring: $0, one scheduled availability, SSL and domain check every 12 hours. Create a free account in under a minute; monitoring starts once you confirm your email. Browser journeys are not included.

Questions In plain English

Things you may
reasonably wonder.

Do I need to understand website monitoring?[+]

No. You tell us which parts of the website matter. Pulse handles the checks and explains failures in useful, business-facing language.

What counts as one website?[+]

Usually one domain and its important customer-facing pages or journeys. Subdomains or unusually large estates can be scoped with you before anything starts.

Will Pulse make real purchases?[+]

Not on the current Essential or Browser plans. Controlled transaction verification is planned for Tier 3 and will only be used where a safe test-and-cleanup process has been agreed.

Does Pulse fix the website for me?[+]

Pulse detects, records and verifies recovery from failures. It gives you—or whoever looks after your website—the information needed to fix the fault. It does not currently change your site automatically.
