Jamie founded Nekai and is building Pulse around a problem businesses know too well: a website can appear online while the journey that earns the inquiry, booking or sale has stopped working.
From maintaining websites to building Pulse
Jamie built and maintained a WordPress website for a sports massage business. A missing field in its mobile booking journey revealed a problem that ordinary availability checks could miss. That experience led to Pulse and its focus on the steps customers need to use.
