How website form monitoring works
Contact forms, quote requests and lead-generation journeys often fail without taking the website offline. A JavaScript error can stop a multi-step form advancing. A third-party embed can disappear. The Submit button can remain visible while the experience around it no longer behaves correctly.
Browser journey monitoring opens the page as a customer would, checks that the important interface is present and interacts with the steps you have chosen. Pulse records what failed and later verifies that the journey has recovered.
