01 Customer-facing monitoring

Website monitoring for the journeys that matter.

Pulse checks the pages and customer journeys your business relies on. We configure the checks and provide clear evidence when a monitored step fails.

Browser: from $45 per website per month, including configured browser interactions, typically about every two hours. Final form submissions, completed orders, payments and real appointments are not verified on this plan.

How Pulse monitoring works

  • Share your website and the customer journey that matters.
  • Agree scope, schedule and price; we configure the checks.
  • Review scheduled results and failure evidence with the person responsible for repairs.

[ the REAL question ]

“Did the server respond?”

Can a customer actually use your website?

A green uptime badge can coexist with a broken booking widget, an unresponsive button, or a checkout that quietly fails. Pulse looks past the response code and checks the experience that makes your business work.

The real question

Get a clear alert when your site’s revenue-driving functionality is failing, as well as a screenshot of the impacted page so you can identify what went wrong.

02 Reliability has layers

Monitor only as deep
as your business needs.

  • Buttons, menus and dynamic content
  • Booking, cart and checkout journeys
  • Configured for you

For online stores

The homepage loads. The Add to cart button does nothing.

Pulse can check product pages, variant selectors, carts, dynamically loaded elements and the route into checkout—before a quiet fault becomes a quiet drop in orders.

For appointment-led businesses

Your calendar is empty. Your business need not be.

Check that the booking widget loads, services and dates appear, appointments can be selected and customers can progress through every important step.

For lead-generation sites

A form can look functional while losing every inquiry.

Watch contact forms, quote requests and multi-step lead journeys. Pulse records where the experience failed and verifies when it recovers.

04 Why Pulse exists

The website was online.
The booking system was not.

Pulse began with a small massage business whose booking experience stopped loading correctly. The server was healthy. Conventional monitoring was satisfied. However, customers could not reliably book.

That distinction is the entire product.

Why Pulse exists

The failed booking journey that prevented customers from booking a service—inspiring the creation of Pulse.
